We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Faulty Items
If you find that the product you have purchased from In2satnav is faulty within 10 calendar days of purchase please contact us by email at
All items sold via Totalsatnav have a one years manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise on the item description
With some products the manufacturer would require the customer to contact them directly regarding any faults with item/s.  In these cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for customer convenience which we would recommend customer to use in order to correct fault quickly.
Any items returned faulty (within 10 calendar day) will be repaired or replaced and sent back to customer carriage free.
Any items returned for refund or replacement which is not found to be faulty will be returned to the customer with a minimum £10 carriage and administration charge.  You must return the complete package including all accessories to us.

Non-Faulty Items
Customer has the right to cancel the contract of purchase from Totalsatnav and return item/s for a refund within 7 working days from the day after you receive the item/s.
It is the customers duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession.  Therefore we highly recommend that the item/s are returned back to us in original packaging in good condition to avoid items from being damaged on their return journey as it is the customers responsibility to take care of the item/s during the cancellation period.
Software:  opened software is non-refundable, faulty software will be replaced.
Customer may request to return item/s after 7 days with a restocking fee- However this is at the discretion of our customer services team.
A refund for item/s will be made by the same payment method customer and the same card that was used by the customer to purchase the item/s.  All refunds will be undertaken within 30 days of cancellation.  Please note that credit/debit card refunds can take 4 working days to clear.
